How Does it work?

Your first step is to choose the class time that works for you, then how many times per week you would like to workout (either 2, 3, 4 or 5 classes per week). Then just click on the link to the class you want to attend and sign up! We have you select a class time so that we can control class size.

Have a group of 4 or more, we can make a class for you (at our place or yours!)
