CrossFit Class Schedule

    How Does it work?

    Your first step is to choose the class time that works for you, then how many times per week you would like to workout (either 2 or 3 classes per week). If you choose 2 classes per week, you can attend any 2 of the 3 days for that class time per week. We have you select a class time so that we can control class size.

    Have a group of 4 or more, we can make a class for you (at our place or yours!)
